Design

Forza works directly with its clients’ engineering department and site development department to design sites within the network that provide the best possible solution based on landlord and jurisdictional limitations.

Architectural and Engineering

We provide all drawings and survey letters as needed for design, implementation, entitlement and construction for each given facility.

Zoning and Entitlements

Forza identifies and obtains all needed permitting from local jurisdictions, and clears necessary environmental permitting hurdles.

System Optimization

We consult and collaborate with our clients’ operations department to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation and optimization.

Ongoing Project Management/ Operations Support

If you choose, Forza will support the network infrastructure and serve as an ongoing resource for you.

Leasing

Forza will negotiate optimal lease agreements for our clients. We work in conjunction with your legal department, will negotiate lease agreements and will secure the best possible technical arrangements for our client.

Construction Management

We are available to provide oversight of all equipment installation and sub-contractor performance.
