Forza’s team of reputable professionals collectively have over a half-century of experience in wireless telecom project management and delivery. The team is driven in-house by our senior management team. The vast majority of our staff has been with Forza for over five years – an incredible span in this fast-changing industry.

Senior Management Team

Steve Dutto, President

Steve Dutto is founder and president of Forza. He has over 25 years of real estate and telecommunications network development experience and has worked in the western United States and Europe.

Steve’s successes have included deployment of more than 4,000 sites in Europe and the launch of Voicestream Wireless in three major markets.

At Forza he undertakes the development of massive Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) projects for municipal and governmental entities, performs over 2,500 modifications yearly for Sprint/Nextel, and manages a wide range of wireless carrier-related special projects.

Under his leadership, Forza has emerged as a leader in the industry and is held in high regard in the telecommunications industry.

Vince Gamick, Vice President

Vince is a principal of Forza where he leads the daily operations and implementation teams.

Vince’s accomplishments have included new site development and modifications for wireless networks in multiple major markets for customers such as Verizon, AT&T, Nextel, Sprint PCS, Comcast Cellular and Metricom. As its Director of Operations for Northern California and the Pacific Northwest for Whalen/Tetra Tech, he was responsible for $100 million in revenues and 100 employees. In addition, he has nine years of experience building various types of telecommunications facilities as a general contractor.

Vince plays a critical role in the daily operations at Forza, ensuring that projects move forward and clients are beyond satisfied.
